Shakespeare said it well in his play "As You like it":

Jacques: All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,

You and I are actors on the stage of life. We perform various roles as son or daughter, husband or wife, father or mother, brother or sister. As we go through our lives in our various roles, do we stop and ponder, what happens to it all when "IT" happens.

What is this IT?
Some of you may have guessed from the red highlight on the word, "their exits" that our time on this world is limited. The Government believes most of us will last until 85 years and beyond. Some of us would rather live a short live and go in a blaze of glory!

Whatever is your view on your own lifespan, one thing IS certain. We are mortals, and even as we live, we are nearing our next journey towards the next life.

Can you do something about IT?
Yes you can! While we cannot determine how we pass on to the next life, BUT we can determine how our earthly possessions, wealth and assets can be given to our beneficiaries who need to carry on with life after our own has expired like a flickering candle. A competently written Will, laying out your final instructions to your executors and trustees would allow you to control exactly how you would like your assets to be distributed after you have moved on.
